William Richard Kelley 71 years old of Bainbridge passed away Sunday January 7 in Hendricks Regional Health. He was born Aug. 8, 1935 in Marion County, the son of the late William K. Kelley and Fern Smith. He graduated from North Salem High School in 1953 and married Sheila McDaniel on December 24, 1957. He was a member of the North Salem Christian Church and retired from F.M.C.P.T. in 1981 and also worked for Walmart and Bencil Co. in Indianapolis. Surviving are his wife Sheila Kelley of Bainbridge, mother Fern Smith Kelley, daughter Jody(David) Stalcup of Indianapolis, son William(Jana) Kelley Jr. of North Salem, brother Larry(Donna) Kelley of Brownsburg, brother David(Betty) Kelley of Brownsburg and sister Mary Jane Sampsell of North Salem, 5 grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday January 10, at 1:00pm in the Porter Funeral Home in North Salem with visiting hours from 11:00am until time of service with John D. Gossett officiating. Interment will follow in the Lizton K of P Cemetery.
