William M Bell, 87 years old, recently of Jamestown, IN, died Monday, October 13, 2008 in Lebanon, IN.

He was born September 4, 1921 in Germantown, OH, son of the late Noah Bell and Stella Myers Bell.

He was a charter member of Miamisburg Christian Church, Miamisburg, OH, recently of Jamestown Christian Church.

He served in the Army Air Corp during World War II and was a member of the Eighth Air Force Historical Society.

He worked for Nationwide Insurance for over 30 years.

Surviving are his wife, Nina Bell and daughter, Ruth Ann (Larry) Pierson of Jamestown, son, W. David (Linda) Bell of Casanova, VA, sisters, Treva Gilbert of Ludlow Falls, OH, and Martha Stolar of Miamisburg, OH, 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received Tuesday, October 14, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Jamestown Christian Church, Jamestown, IN and 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 15 at Miamisburg Christian Church, Miamisburg, OH.

Services will be held at Miamisburg Christian Church, Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with Larry Pierson officiating.

Interment will follow in the Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg, OH.
