Vickie Jean (Jeannie) Bowman, 57 years old of Lizton, IN, died Sunday, June 7, 2009 in Indiana University Hospital.

She was born October 6, 1951 in Indianapolis, IN, daughter of Leonard Johnson and Juanita Hargrave Johnson.

She married Jack Bowman on June 15, 1996. He survives.

She served as an insurance agent in Brownsburg for over 20 years.

Surviving are her mother Juanita Johnson Tschoepe, daughter, Stacy (Ben) Agal, sons, James (Aimee) Bowman, Wesley Bowman, Jason (Jennifer) Bowman, and Joshua Bowman, sister, Mickey Lester, brothers, Jerry Johnson, Terry Johnson, and Larry Johnson, and grandchildren, Kayla Heath, Kenna, Kayden & Kylie Agal, Thea, Elena, Jackson, Brooklynn & Jay Bowman, and Sierra, Abigail, and Jenna Bowman.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Cindy Johnson.

Friends will be received Wednesday, June 10, 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, North Salem, Indiana.

Services will be held at Porter Funeral Home, Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Mark Brewer officiating.

Interment will follow in the Lizton K of P Cemetery, Lizton, Indiana.
