Verlin Eugene "Butch" Luckey, 90, of Jamestown, IN, passed away Friday April 24, 2020 at Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center.

He was born March 28, 1930, son of the late William and Sara Jane Luckey.

Butch retired from RCA after working over 30 years. He liked to bowl and collecting junk and scrap metal from around Jamestown. He loved visiting with people and was known as the vegetable man. Butch was a proud Army veteran and was always positive and joking with someone in spite of his many struggles in life. He will be missed by many.

He is survived by his three grandchildren: Michael Luckey, Josh Wooten and Jordan Wooten and one great-grandchild, Serena Wooten.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcella Luckey and his three daughters: Margaret Luckey, Becky Wooten and Cynthia Luckey.

Due to the current health restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details will be announced as they become available.
