Thomas David Wethington, 65 years old of Lebanon, IN, died Thursday, October 20, 2011 at his residence.
He was born October 12, 1946 in Boone Co, IN, son of the late Thomas Woodrow Wethington and Laura May Summers Wethington.
Surviving are sons, Eddie (Nancy) Smith, David Wethington and Katie Bowen, Thomas (Ashley) Wethington, and Dewayne Wethington, sisters, Phyllis McKinney, Effie Smith, and Carolyn Hudson and 5 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Sue Wethington.
Friends will be received Sunday, October 23, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Old Union Church, Jamestown, Indiana.
Services will be held at Old Union Church, Monday, October 24, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Tim Andreanopoulos officiating.
Interment will follow in the Old Union Cemetery.
