Suzanne A. Thompson of Avon, Indiana age 64, went to be with her Lord on Sunday December 20, 2020 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Danville, Indiana to Robert (Sr.) and Dorothy (Higgins) Leak and was the youngest of 2. She was married to Gregg Thompson Sr. on September 24, 1976.

Spending time with her family and friends was the most cherished thing to her. Susie loved crafting, crocheting, camping and boating. She also enjoyed riding on the motorcycle with her husband, gardening, racing and cooking.

She was an Eastern Star, involved with Emmaus, The Christian Motorcycle Association, and her Church.

Susie is survived by her husband Gregg Thompson Sr., her 2 children, daughter, Gabby Strawmyer (Jason), and son, Gregg Thompson Jr. (Emily), her 10 grandchildren, Cristina, Nathaniel, Tylor, Samantha, Dylan, Brayden and Alexyss, Drew, Trinity and Sophia, her 4 great grandchildren, Hudson, Audi, Lucas and Leo.

Susie will be remembered as a wonderful, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all she met.

All who loved her are grateful for her life and for the example she set. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held on Sunday December 27, 2020 from 3-6 pm at Porter and St. Pierre Funeral Home 315 West Main St. Jamestown IN, 46147. Visitation will also be held Monday December 28, 2020 from 1-3 pm, with funeral services at 3pm at Porter and St. Pierre Funeral Home. Burial will follow at K of P Cemetery Lizton, IN.
