Shirley J. Lochard 78 years old of Lizton passed away August 9,2006 at Brownsburg Health Care Center. She was born Sept 7, 1921 in Ferndale, MI. She married Paul Lochard on March 23,1978. He precedes her in death. She attended the New Brunswick Church of Christ and was a member of the American Legion Auxillary. She had worked for Chris's Market in Lizton. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Ferndale, MI. Surviving are sons, Roy Carver of Fortville and Chris Carver of Marion, daughters Debra Hayes of Lizton and Carla Beck. Step children Randy, Richard and Michael Lochard and Paula Blaiser 9 grand children,10 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughterYvonne King and 2 sisters Margaret and Audrey. Visiting hours will be Friday Aug. 11 at the Porter Funeral Home in Jamestown from 4.00 until 8.00pm with the funeral service Sat. Aug 12 at 1.00pm. Interment will follow in the Lizton K of P Cemetery.
