Shirlee Ann(Montgomery)Schuh daughter of Ralph and Dorothy(Owens) has gone to the next life to join her husband,Fredrick William Schuh Sr. Shirlee passed on Monday, Nov. 19,2007. She also joins her sister Betty, a brother Hollis and sons Ralph, Hollis and Fredrick Jr. She is survived by sisters Sally Paletta and Carolyn Neff: daughter Suzy Marie Hedges, sons Jeff and Alvin; grandchildren Joshua Hedges and Sarah(Hedges)Jones. Shirlee was born Feb. 16,1937. She was a Jackson Township graduate class of 55. She met Fred at the Southside Farmers Market. They married and eventually settled in the country on a farm between North Salem and Jamestown where she spent the rest of her life raising livestock,vegetable gardens and kids. She was very active in the Democratic Party and served as Vice County Committeeman under Glen Broyles. She kept the children busy in 4-H as well as participating in many years of State Fair Horticulture competitions. She was honored to serve as a State Fair Judge for the Horticulture show. After battling Diabetes complications for 30 plus years and surviving Breast Cancer for 15 years,her new Journey begins. We miss her already. A memorial service will be held December 1 in the Jamestown Christian Church, 75 W. Jefferson St Jamestown Indiana at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Hendricks County 4-H Club.
