Mrs. Ruby J. Woodall, 84, passed away at her home in Jamestown, Indiana, on December 15, 2024. She was born April 28, 1940, in Mount Vernon, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Robert J. and Myrtle (Taylor) McKinney.

On February 14, 1964, she was united in marriage to David L. Woodall in Jamestown. He preceded her in death on February 6, 2006. They had shared 42 loving years together.

Ruby was employed with Prairie Industries in Lebanon for twenty-five years. Her job was to make the bows that went on the wreaths.  She enjoyed playing Bingo and working puzzles. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved her family dearly.

Survivors include four children, Tammy (Jeff) Hansen of Jamestown, Terry Woodall of Jamestown, Mark (Kelli) Woodall of Lebanon, and Tina (Gene) Baggett of Lizton; nine grandchildren, Reanon, Rusty, Alyssa, Amanda, Zachary, Kyla, Jacob, Taylor, and Bryce; fifteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Raymond (Shelly) McKinney of Crawfordsville and Olney (Sandy) McKinney of Brownsburg; two sisters, Bonnie Patterson of Jamestown and Juanita (Terry) Edwards of Jamestown; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Ruby was preceded in death by three brothers, J.B. McKinney, Truman McKinney and Sherman McKinney; and three sisters, Dollie Smith, Norma Martin and Susie Hale.

Funeral Services are planned for 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 20, 2024, at Porter and Hunt Funeral Home & Crematory, 315 West Main Street, in Jamestown, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Jamestown, Indiana.
