Opal P Cox, 93 of Stilesville, IN, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Hendricks Regional Health.
She was born May 5, 1924 in Cayuga, IN, daughter of the late Hugh and Letha (Rudd) Wampler. Opal married J. Vernon Cox. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Church of Christ. Opal enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, J. Vernon Cox II, Gary Cox, Cary Cox and Connley Cox, daughters, Pamela Taylor and Cherry Bryant, 24 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A private family visitation and graveside service will be held Thursday, June 29, 2017.
