Madelyn Paige Ebert, infant , passed away Saturday, January 3, 2009 at St. Vincent Hospital Indianapolis.
She was born the daughter of Andrew Lee Ebert and Amanda Ann Barker on December 24, 2008.
Surviving are her mother, Amanda Ann Barker and her father Andrew Lee Ebert, both of New Ross, a sister, Kate Lyn Marie Ebert of new Ross Maternal grandmother Kim Barker of New Ross and Paternal grandmother Sandra Clouse of Frankfort and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends will be received on Tuesday January 6, 2009 from 5:00 until 7:00pm. at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana.
