Lois Elizabeth Neff, 79 years old of North Salem, IN, died Monday, June 14, 2010 in Hendricks Regional Health.

She was born August 25, 1930 in Indianapolis, In, daughter of the late Olin Paris and Leah Elizabeth Bain Dougherty.

She graduated from North Salem High School in 1947.

She married Donald Neff on February 12, 1949. They were married for 61 years. He survives.

She was a member of North Salem United Methodist Church.

Lois and Don owned and operated an insurance office for many years. She later retired from North Salem State Bank.

Surviving are sons, James David Neff, his wife Roxanne (Hicks), and Donald Gregory Neff, his wife Karen (Hardman), 4 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 6 step-great grandchildren.

Friends will be received Tuesday, June 15, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the North Salem United Methodist Church, North Salem, Indiana.

Services will be held at North Salem United Methodist Church, Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Ann Spahr officiating.

Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, North Salem, Indiana.
