Lloyd Adam Fink, 38, of Ladoga, IN, passed away Friday, March 23, 2018.

He was born December 22, 1979 in Indianapolis, IN, son of William Fink and Melinda (Wethington) Kurasiewicz.

He was a member of Church of God of Prophecy in Jamestown.

Lloyd is survived by his wife Kim Fink, sons, Lloyd Fink, Adam Fink, daughter, Ramsey Shannon, step-daughter, Taylar Hill, grandson, Jenson Stinson, brother, Brian Fink, and sisters, Carol Rawlings and Stephanie Myers.

He was preceded in death by Steve Kurasiewicz.

Family and friends will gather Monday, April 2, 2018, 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy in Jamestown, Indiana.
