Kathy S Phillips, 63 years old of North Salem, IN, passed away Friday, March 13, 2015 at IU Health-University Hospital.

She was born June 9, 1951 in Lebanon, IN, daughter of the late William Frances and Betty Louise (Graves) Smith.

Kathy married Steven Phillips October 11, 1969. He survives. She enjoyed traveling and motorcycle riding with her husband. She retired from National City Bank after 33 years as a teller and manager.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons Steven Allen Phillips of Brownsburg and Brian (Michelle) Phillips of Danville, mother-in-law, Peggy Phillips of Pittsboro, sister, Kristy (Jim) Friars of Avon, nephew, Bradley Friars of Avon and grandchildren, Rylee & Zach Phillips.

Family and friends will gather Tuesday, March 17, 2015, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana. Services will be held at the funeral home, Wednesday, March 18, at 11:00 a.m. with officiating. Kathy will be laid to rest in the New Ross Cemetery, New Ross, IN.
