Jon W Cummings, 69 of New Ross, IN, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018.

He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Jon is a retired firefighter from the Indianapolis Fire Department.

He is survived by his daughter, Julie (Robert) Bordenkecher, 1 brother, 2 sisters and great neighbors, friends and especially, Marilyn. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gaylene Cummings, parents, C.D. and Maryann Cummings and brother, Jake Cummings.

A private family graveside service was held for Jon.
