Jeanne Anne Gleason's Obituary
Jeanne Gleason, 90 years old of Avon, IN, formerly of North Salem, died Tuesday, December 14, 2010.
She was born August 14, 1920 in North Salem, IN, daughter of the late Elbert O. and Almadora Fiscus Smith.
She married John Robert Gleason on October 22, 1938. He preceded her in death.
She worked as a bookkeeper for North Salem State Bank. She was also the North Salem clerk/treasurer.
Surviving are daughters, Joy Ann (Bill) Fleece, and Jill K Williams, 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Dawn Hudson and brother Glenn Otis Smith.
Friends will be received Monday, December 20 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, North Salem, Indiana. A memorial service will follow at 5:00 p.m. with John D. Gossett officiating
Interment will follow at a later date in the Fairview Cemetery, North Salem, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Fairview Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 66, North Salem, IN 46165
