Jack Lee of Jamestown, formerly of North Salem, died on April 10, 2008 at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon.
He was the son of Roy & Josie (Powers) Lee and was born in New Maysville, IN on January 24, 1934. His parents prededed him in death as well as two brothers, Rex Clay and Maurice, and a sister, Juanita Hale.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Mantooth Lee and his children, Kim (Dan) Boomershine, Stacey (Gil) Davis, Jeff (Sandy), Greg (Stacey), ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by four brothers; Max, Ralph, Bob and Roy, Jr., four sisters; Joan Gochenour, Maxine Freeland, Marjorie Miller and Wanda Zavada and many nieces and nephews.
Jack was a brick mason for 46 years and also enjoyed wood working. He also farmed for many years.
He was a member of the North Salem Christian Church and in past years served as deacon, elder and chairman of the board. He was a member of the Northwest Hendricks School Board for 12 years.
Family will be receiving friends at Porter Funeral Home in North Salem on Wednesday, April 16, 2:00-7:00 p.m. with a memorial service following at 8:00 p.m.
