Edmond C Alexander's Obituary
Edmond Alexander, 85 years old of North Salem, IN, died Monday, June 2, 2008 in Villages of Avon.
He was born January 14, 1923 in Louisville, KY, son of the late Carl Alexander and Lelha Thomas Alexander.
He was a member of North Salem Baptist Church.
He worked as a tool & dye operator for General Motors.
Surviving are sons, Tom Alexander of North Salem and Eric Alexander of FL, daughters, Rebecca Alexander and Christina Alexander, both of Columbus, IN, sister, Loma Borders of LA, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Alexander and daughter, Cindy Alexander.
Friends will be received Wednesday, June 11, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, North Salem, Indiana.
Services will be held at North Salem Baptist Church, Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with Tim Boyd officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Greenwood, IN.
