Brenda "Sue" Abney Summers, 58 years old of Thorntown, In. died Saturday, September 19, 2009 at her residence.

She was born September 23, 1950 in Searcy, Arkansas, Daughter of Clarence Abney Jr. and Beatrice Mason.

She was a member of Brownsburg Glad Tidings Assembly of God, She owned and operated Domestic Goddess Cleaning Service and worked in the cafeteria at Lebanon High School.

Surviving are Father, Clarence Abney Jr, Mother, Beatrice Abney, Daughter, Andrea Summers of Thorntown, In, Daughter, Michele Summers of Pittsboro, In, Daughter, RaeAnn Summers of Thorntown, In, Sister, Pati Wright of Jamestown, In, Sister, Pam Abney Searcy, Arkansas, Grandchild, Evan Heath, Grandchild, Avrey Heath.

She was a very loving Mother and Grandmother. She will truly be missed.

She was preceded in death by daughter Danyele.

Friends will be received Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana.

Services will be held at Porter Funeral Home, Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 1:00pm with Raymond Duff officiating.

Interment will follow in the Jamestown I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Jamestown, Indiana.
