Robert "Bob" Allen Fowler, 86 of Danville, IN, passed away Monday, August 7, 2017 at the residence of his daughter Judy and Justin Dorsey.
He was born May 16, 1931 in Beech Grove, IN, son of the late Roy Allen and Myrtle Mae (Newman) Fowler. Bob married Naomi Evelyn Bales on May 31, 1953. She preceded him in death on January 17, 2016. He was a member of Jamestown Christian Church and attended Northview Christian Church.
Bob is survived by his daughters, Judith (Justin) Dorsey of Danville, IN and Linda (Mark) Kays of Angola, IN, sons, James Allen Fowler of Lewisville, NC and Michael (Mark) Fowler of Whitestown, IN, brother, Fred (Diana) Fowler of Noblesville, IN, 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will gather Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Northview Christian Church, 623 N. State Road 39, Danville, IN 46122, 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Bob will be laid to rest in the Jamestown I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
