Belva Kay Russell, 68 years old of North Salem, IN, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008 in Hendricks Regional Health.

She was born May 16, 1940 in Greenwood, IN, daughter of the late Howard T. Meyers and Helen L. Richey Meyers.

She was a 50 year member of North Salem Christian Church.

She graduated from North Salem High School in 1958.

She married Robert Bell Russell on December 29, 1957 at her parent's home.

She worked as an OB Tech for Hendricks Regional Health for 26 years, retiring in May 2005.

Surviving are her husband, Robert Bell Russell, daughters, Debbie Moreland of North Salem, Kathy Russell of North Salem, son, Dennis Russell of Oklahoma, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, a brother & a sister.

Friends will be received Friday, May 30, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, North Salem, Indiana.

Services will be held at North Salem Christian Church, Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with John D. Gossett officiating.

Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, North Salem, Indiana.
